End of 2020, ready for 2021
Well, I would be lying if I said that 2020 was a year to remember for good things happening. It's been a struggle but we've survived, and feel very lucky that we have, given how the year has unfolded. Our thoughts go out to all those who have struggled and been less lucky.
As with many businesses this year, we've rapidly adapted the way in which we work with clients. Right now, we exclusively develop sales skills in people remotely. We've worked extremely hard, pouring all our creative and empathetic skills into creating both standalone modules (a snapshot of which you see on the front page), and live campuses that both engage and give people the best chance of developing. Feedback has been great and we're looking to build on this offering in 2021.
I've also jointly launched The Me Agenda, our first book, with David Armes of 4twenty2. You can find out more on this on our separate website www.themeagenda.com. We had this pretty much complete before the pandemic hit, but we really pushed to get the design and publishing done by October via Amazon, because we thought it would be useful for people to have a handy guide to selling with super-simple tips to follow, amidst all the noise and chaos both due to the pandemic but also due to the 'usual' end of year rush.
As we turn towards the end of this year, we look forward to 2021 with a mix of both optimism that vaccines now exist and, just maybe, things may return close to normal, but also of caution, as the whole world continues its battle with Covid.
